God’s Vision for Our Ministry
The mission of this church was established 2,000 years ago when, during his physical ministry on earth, Jesus Christ laid out the blueprint for his Church. Each week, we spend time in God’s word growing and learning more what it means to be disciples and to serve as his body – the church. Through our study, a primary statement has become the guiding force for our congregation...

At Crossroads, we’re in a partnership with God...
“Building a Church of Great Commandment, Great Commission People.” This over-arching statement summarizes the vision God has given us for the church. It is taken directly from two simple yet profound teachings of Jesus Christ:
  • The Great Commandment
"Teacher, which is the greatest commandment in the Law?" Jesus replied: "'Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.' This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: 'Love your neighbor as yourself.' All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments." (Matthew 22:36-40)
  • The Great Commission
Then Jesus came to them and said, "All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age." (Matthew 28:18-20)
